Section 33-41-106 - Ownership of recreational area by another state

No other state of the United States, or agency or political subdivision thereof, shall acquire, own, or operate any land or interest therein in the state of Colorado for park or recreational purposes, except under the terms of an interstate compact.L. 75: Entire section added, p. 1335, § 1, effective May 22.
