(1) It is unlawful to provide goods or services for compensation on property owned or managed by the division unless permitted by commission rule.(2) A person who violates this section commits a petty offense and is assessed twenty license suspension points.Amended by 2021 Ch. 462, § 554, eff. 3/1/2022.L. 2003: Entire section added, p. 1033, § 12, effective July 1.
