(1) This part 1 was numbered as article 1 of chapter 64, C.R.S. 1963.(2) Section 34-1-100.5 (3) provided for the repeal of this part 1, effective January 31, 2013. On January 24, 2013, the revisor of statutes received the notice referred to in section 34-1-100.5 (3) related to the repeal.
