Section 34-24-111 - Penalty for removing covering or fencing

Any person removing or destroying any covering or fencing placed around or over any mine as provided for in section 34-24-110 commits a petty offense.Amended by 2021 Ch. 462, §607, eff. 3/1/2022.L. 88: Entire article R&RE, p. 1198, § 5, effective July 1.
