As used in this part 2, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Board' means the state board of stock inspection commissioners, created in section 35-41-101.(2) 'Department' means the Colorado department of agriculture, created in section 24-1-123, C.R.S.(3) 'Livestock' means all cattle, calves, horses, mules, and donkeys.L. 2009: Entire part added with relocations, (SB 09-151), ch. 89, p. 342, §2, effective July 1.
