Section 35-46-104 - Finding of board - enforcement

The finding of said board of arbitration, when reduced to writing and signed by a majority of the members thereof, constitutes an obligation on the part of the person against whom the finding is made to pay to the aggrieved party the sum set forth in the finding of said board of arbitration. In the event the person against whom the finding of such board of arbitration is made fails, neglects, or refuses to pay to the aggrieved party the sum set forth in the finding of said board of arbitration, within thirty days from the date of the written findings of such board, then the finding of said board of arbitration may be filed in any court of record within the jurisdiction where the damage was sustained.
