It is unlawful to manufacture or sell animal biological products as defined in section 35-51-101, except in compliance with the provisions of this article 51, and any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of this article 51 commits a class 2 misdemeanor.Amended by 2021 Ch. 462, § 649, eff. 3/1/2022.L. 41: p. 94, § 2.
