As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Authority' means the Colorado horse development authority created by section 35-57.8-103(2).(2) 'Board' means the board of directors of the Colorado horse development authority created by section 35-57.8-104(1).(3) 'Commissioner' means the commissioner of agriculture.L. 95: Entire article added, p. 998, § 1, effective July 1.
