As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Authority' means the Colorado beef council authority created by section 35-57-104(1).(2) 'Board' or 'beef board' or 'beef council' means the board of the Colorado beef council authority created by section 35-57-104(1).L. 93: Entire article amended with relocations, p. 1849, § 1, effective July 1.The former § 35-57-103 was relocated to § 35-57-106 in 1993.
