Section 35-29-105 - Authority to enter, inspect, and take samples

Any authorized representative of the department may enter and inspect any place where products being marketed under this article are being sold or offered for sale and take such samples as may be necessary to determine the grade, quality, or condition of the product.L. 61: p. 176, § 5.
