Section 35-7-116 - Collections paid to treasurer

All reimbursements to the state, whether made by individuals, counties, or other cooperators pursuant to this part 1, shall be turned over to the state treasurer and by him credited to the rodent pest control fund referred to in section 35-7-103.L. 27: p. 623, § 15.
