Section 35-9-110 - Device registration - required

(1) Every device which is sold in this state and which is subject to the provisions of this article shall be registered with the commissioner in accordance with this article and any rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto.(2) The commissioner shall designate the classes of devices which are subject to this article.L. 90: Entire article R&RE, p. 1563, § 1, effective June 7.This section is similar to former § 35-9-104 as it existed prior to 1990.
