Any person who violates the provisions of section 35-80-108(1)(a), (1)(b), (1)(c), (1)(f), or (1)(m) commits a class 2 misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-501, C.R.S.L. 94: Entire article added, p. 1309, § 8, effective July 1.
