Section 35-21-102 - Importation, classification, and grades

(1) All shell eggs shall be edible eggs, and shall be candled and graded into Colorado consumer grades.(2) The consumer grades and weight classes for shell eggs, and standards for quality of individual shell eggs, shall be based on the United States department of agriculture grades and weight classes for shell eggs and standards for quality of individual shell eggs.
