Section 35-66-102 - Wild horse project - creation - director selection - operation - repeal

(1) The department may create the wild horse project, which, if created, is a state-owned nonprofit entity that manages and operates the stewardship program and the fertility control program.(2)(a) A hiring committee is established to hire the director for the wild horse project.
