Section 36-1-114 - Adjustment of rentals

When, in its opinion, conditions justify, the state board of land commissioners has the power to adjust rentals under any existing, expired, or defaulted lease on state lands in a manner to comply with the requirements of sections 9 and 10 of article IX of the state constitution and may accept payments on delinquent rentals in accordance with such adjustments.L. 37: p. 939, § 1.
