Section 37-20-105 - Expenses reimbursed - when

In case the district is organized, the expenses incurred by the county shall be paid to the county by said district, and all advances made by the petitioners to the county treasurer shall be refunded by the county to the petitioners, who shall have advanced the same.L. 11: p. 313, § 5.
