Section 37-25-105 - Bonds maturing in less than twenty years

Any drainage district, by a majority vote of the legal electors of said district, may provide for the issuance of bonds that will mature in any number of years less than twenty and arrange for the payment thereof in series as provided in section 37-25-103.L. 11: p. 326, § 65.
