Section 37-31-131 - Funds paid on warrant

The treasurer of the drainage district shall pay out of the funds of the district only upon warrants ordered by the board of directors of the drainage district, signed by its president and attested by its secretary, under the seal of the drainage district.L. 23: p. 293, § 30.
