Neither such notice nor such order shall be addressed to any person by name, but it shall be sufficient if it is addressed to any and all owners of land in such irrigation district, to the legal holders of any claims of indebtedness against said district, and to all persons interested in said proceedings.L. 21: p. 509, § 5.
