(1) Lands covered by an outstanding certificate held by the county shall not again be offered for sale until said certificate is redeemed or assigned. Subsequent taxes assessed against said land shall be endorsed upon such certificate and shall become an additional amount due and payable thereon.(2) This section is repealed, effective July 1, 2024.Amended by 2024 Ch. 165,§ 16, eff. 7/1/2024.L. 33: p. 647, § 3.
