Section 37-44-117 - Appeal not to delay

The taking of an appeal by any person as provided in section 37-44-115 shall not operate to delay the collection of any assessment from which no appeal has been taken or to delay the progress of the work or the issuing of any bonds.L. 23: p. 505, § 15.
