Section 37-44-128 - Judges and clerk of election

Prior to the time for posting said notices, the board of directors shall appoint three judges of election in each precinct, each of whom shall be a landowner within said precinct, and one of whom shall act as clerk of the election.L. 23: p. 511, § 26.
