Upon the entry of the order of the court approving the report of the appraisers, the clerk of the said court in which the same is entered shall transmit to the secretary of the district a certified copy of the said decree and of the appraisals as confirmed by the court.L. 75: Entire section added, p. 1381, § 7, effective July 18.
