Section 37-48-154 - Records of assessments, service charges, or user fees as evidence

The record of special improvement assessments, special assessments, service charges, or user fees contained in the respective records of the district shall be prima facie evidence in all courts of all matters therein contained.L. 75: Entire section added, p. 1387, § 7, effective July 18.
