A subdistrict existing pursuant to this article shall be an agency of the district for purposes of compliance with the provisions of the 'Local Government Budget Law of Colorado', part 1 of article 1 of title 29, C.R.S.; and the board of managers thereof, if any, shall prepare and submit to the district the budget estimates of its expenditure requirements and its estimated revenues for the ensuing budget year, as provided in section 29-1-105, C.R.S.L. 75: Entire section added, p. 1388, § 7, effective July 18.
