Section 37-69-103 - Interstate agency created by compact

It is hereby recognized, found, determined, and declared that the compact creates an interstate agency which is known as the Arkansas river compact administration and which is an independent entity whose members and employees are not officers and employees of either of the states signatory to the compact.L. 49: p. 496, § 3.
