(1) Communities receiving their water supply from free-flowing springs shall be exempt from this article.(2) Raw water piped irrigation systems in communities that have separate raw water piped irrigation systems and domestic water systems shall be exempt from this article.(3) Communities under sanction by the department of public health and environment for water quality standards shall be exempt from this article.L. 90: Entire article added, p. 1630, § 1, effective July 1.
