Section 37-80-111 - Fees deposited with department of the treasury

At the end of each month, the sum of the fees collected during the month, as provided in section 37-80-110, shall be transmitted to the department of the treasury with a complete statement showing the amounts thus received and the sources from which they are derived, and the said amounts shall be credited to the general fund.L. 03: p. 295, § 2.
