Section 37-90-123 - Management districts - hearing - objections - change of boundaries

At the time set for such hearing, the commission shall examine the petition and hear objections thereto and may order changes in the boundaries thereof by the inclusion or removal of land therefrom upon finding that such change would be hydrologically, geologically, and geographically sound.
