§ 37-80-5-103

As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Bank' means a water bank operated pursuant to rules promulgated under this article.(2) 'Program' means a water bank program created in this article.L. 2001: Entire article added, p. 1061, § 1, effective June 5.
