Section 38-4-106 - Distance governs rate

In fixing the rate to be charged its patrons, as provided in section 38-4-105, any such transportation tunnel company or aerial tramway company shall take into consideration the distance over which the materials to be transported are carried.L. 07: p. 284, § 6.
