Section 38-22-121 - Liens of surveyors and engineers

The provisions of this article shall apply to surveyors, civil and mining engineers doing any work of surveying or plotting of any mines, mining claims, lodes, or mineral deposits, and they shall have like lien and claim as other persons under the provisions of this article.L. 1883: p. 227, § 8.
