§ 38-36-5-103

An owner of real property subject to an unlawful restriction may submit to the recorder for recordation in the land records an amendment to remove the unlawful restriction, but only as to the owner's property.Added by 2024 Ch. 149,§ 1, eff. 8/7/2024.2024 Ch. 149, was passed without a safety clause.
