Colorado Legal Code
The applicant shall be known in the summons as the plaintiff. All persons named in the application or found by the report of the examiner as being in possession of the premises or as having of record any lien, encumbrance, right, title, or interest in the land, and all other persons designated as follows: 'All other persons or parties unknown claiming any right, title, estate, lien, or interest in, to, or upon the real estate described in the application herein', shall be defendants.L. 03: p. 320, § 19.
