Section 38-36-141 - Two or more owners

Where two or more persons are registered owners as tenants in common or otherwise, the owner's duplicate certificate can be issued for the entirety, or a separate duplicate owner's certificate may be issued to each owner for his undivided share.L. 03: p. 328, § 38.
