Section 38-36-182 - Court may refer application to examiner of titles

In all cases where, under the provisions of this article, application is made to the court for any order or decree, the court may refer the matter to one of the examiners of title for hearing and report, in like manner as is provided in section 38-36-118 for the reference of the application for registration.L. 03: p. 343, § 79.
