Section 38-41-210 - Definitions - vendor's rights

The terms 'owner of the property' and 'householder' mean a person holding any equity under a contract of sale or other agreement whereby such person is holding possession of the property, but the rights of the vendor or seller in such contract or other agreement shall always be superior to any homestead.L. 53: p. 413, § 6.
