The confirmation deed executed by the public trustee in a foreclosure sale may be in substantially the following form:THIS DEED is made ___________________, 20___________________, between ___________________ as the public trustee of the ___________________ County of ___________________, Colorado, and ___________________, grantee, (the holder of the certificate of purchase) (the holder of the certificate of redemption issued to the lienor last redeeming), whose legal address is ___________________.WHEREAS, ___________________ did, by deed of trust dated ___________________, 20___________________, and recorded in the office of the clerk and recorder of the ___________________ County of ___________________, Colorado, on ___________________, 20___________________, in Book ___________________, Page ___________________, (Film no. ___________________, Reception no. ___________________) convey to the public trustee, in trust, the property hereinafter described to secure the payment of the indebtedness provided in said deed of trust; andWHEREAS, a violation was made in certain of the terms and covenants of said deed of trust as shown by the notice of election and demand for sale filed with
