Section 38-52-107 - Severability

If any provision of this article is declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any other portion of this article, which can be given effect without the invalid provision; and, to this end, the provisions of this article are declared severable.L. 88: Entire article R&RE, p. 519, § 32, effective July 1.
