Section 38-53-105 - Professional land surveyor must rehabilitate monuments

For any monument record of a public land survey corner which is required to be submitted pursuant to this article, the professional land surveyor shall restore or rehabilitate the corner monument so it is readily identifiable and reasonably durable, if field conditions require it.Amended by 2013 Ch. 356, § 40, eff. 7/1/2013.L. 94: Entire article R&RE, p. 1525, § 48, effective July 1.
