The general assembly hereby declares that the purpose of this part 2 is to establish the relationship between the owner of a mobile home park, the owner of a mobile home situated in such park, and residents in the park.Amended by 2022 Ch. 255,§2, eff. 10/1/2022.L. 85: Entire section added, p. 1198, § 1, effective June 6. 2022 Ch. 255, was passed without a safety clause.
