Notwithstanding any other provision of law, upon a finding that the utilities in a park create a significant health or safety danger to park residents, the landlord of a mobile home park shall grant county or municipal officers or employees access to the mobile home park for the purposes of investigating or conducting a study related to such danger.L. 2010: Entire section added, (SB 10-156), ch. 343, p. 1591, §11, effective July 1.
