Section 38-13-1011 - Determination of liability for unreported reportable property

If the administrator determines from an examination conducted under section 38-13-1002 that a putative holder has failed or refused to pay or deliver property to the administrator that is reportable under this article 13, the administrator shall issue a determination of the putative holder's liability to pay or deliver and provide to the putative holder notice in a record of the determination.Entire article repealed and reenacted with amendments by 2019 Ch. 110, § 1, eff. 7/1/2020.L. 2019: Entire article R&RE, (SB 19 -088), ch. 450, p. 450, § 1, effective 7/1/2020.
