Section 38-13-906 - Action by person whose claim is denied

Not later than one year after filing a claim with the administrator under section 38-13-903, the claimant may commence an action against the administrator in the district court for the city and county of Denver to establish a claim that has been denied or deemed denied under section 38-13-904.
