Such certificate of purchase shall be assignable by endorsement, and an assignment thereof, when entered upon the record of sales in the offices of the county clerk and recorder and the treasurer, shall vest in the assignee or his legal representative all the right and title of the original purchaser.L. 64: R&RE, p. 728, § 1.
