The assessor shall retain a copy of all notices of valuation for lands and leaseholds valued pursuant to this article, and such copies shall be public records that are available for inspection in accordance with part 2 of article 72 of title 24, C.R.S.L. 2007: Entire section added, p. 498, § 2, effective April 16.
