The department shall promulgate rules for the implementation of this part 3 in accordance with the 'State Administrative Procedure Act', article 4 of title 24, C.R.S.L. 2013: Entire article added, (HB 13-1318), ch. 330, p. 1873, § 1, effective May 28.
