The authority and the executive director of the department, in consultation with each other, shall promulgate rules necessary for their respective administration of this part 21. Rules of the executive director of the department shall be promulgated in accordance with article 4 of title 24, C.R.S. Rules of the authority shall be adopted pursuant to section 29-4-708, C.R.S.L. 2000: Entire part added, p. 879, § 1, effective August 2.
