Section 4-1-105 - Severability

If any provision or clause of this title or application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this title that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this title are declared to be severable.L. 2006: Entire article R&RE, p. 458, § 1, effective September 1.This section is similar to former § 4-1-108 as it existed prior to 2006.
